My journey has been one of resilience, strength, constant growth and learning. As a first-generation child of refugees, my parents survived the Cambodian genocide and built a life for our family in America. Their story inspires me every day and has been a driving force in my career.

I have had the privilege to serve and coach others in leadership roles at renowned organizations such as Meta, Google, Quantcast, and Q1Media. These experiences have shaped my coaching and healing methods today.

In my personal life, I have faced challenges such as losing my father to a devastating illness, experiencing unexplained infertility, and struggling with postpartum depression and anxiety. This led me on my own healing journey, where I began with my 200-hour yoga teaching certification and eventually became a Reiki Master and trained in conscious conception.

My purpose in life is to help coach and work with others, using my unique blend of skills and experiences to support their personal growth and healing.
